Terms of use and purchase terms
Last updated 1 November 2026. Plain English on purpose. The refund section is the one most people are looking for; it is section 4.
1. Who you are dealing with
This site and the products sold on it are provided by Justin Ventola, trading as No-BS Affiliate Marketing (“I”, “me”). By using the site or buying a product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy.
2. What the site is, and is not
Everything on this site — the pages, the free walkthrough, the articles and the manuals — is educational information about building an affiliate marketing business. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not a promise that any method will work for you. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including advertising and disclosure rules in your country.
3. No guarantee of results
Affiliate marketing is a business. It costs money to run (software, a domain, your time), most people who start never earn a meaningful income from it, and nothing I publish changes that. Any figures I publish are my own actual results, shown for honesty, not as a prediction of yours. I make no income claims, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
4. Purchases and the 60-day refund
✓What you buy. The manuals are digital products (PDF files and, where stated, spreadsheets) delivered by download link after payment. The checkout is run by Payhip; its terms and those of its payment processors also apply to the payment itself.
✓Price. The price shown is the whole price. Where the law of your country requires sales tax or VAT, the checkout adds it and shows it before you pay.
✓60-day refund, any reason. If you want a refund within 60 days of purchase, reply to your purchase email or use the contact page and say so. You do not have to give a reason and I will not argue. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, normally within five to ten business days of my confirming it.
✓After a refund. Your licence to the product ends, and you agree to delete your copies. Access to any buyer-only extras ends with it.
5. Your licence
When you buy a manual you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself. You may keep copies on your own devices and print it for your own use. You may not share, lend, resell, publish, upload or otherwise distribute it, in whole or in part, and you may not remove the purchase stamp that identifies your copy. The files are stamped with the buyer’s email address and purchase date, so a copy found online can be traced to the purchase it came from.

The site, the manuals, the videos and all other content are © Justin Ventola unless otherwise stated. Short quotes with a link back are welcome; anything more needs written permission.
7. Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links on this site may be affiliate links, and every one that is says so beside the link; see the disclosure page. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; I am not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
8. Buyer-only community
Buyers may be offered access to a private Facebook group. Facebook’s own terms apply there. I may remove anyone who posts income claims, spam or abuse, and access ends if a purchase is refunded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability to you for anything arising from the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid me for that product. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the business is operated. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
11. Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. The terms in force when you bought a product are the ones that apply to that purchase.
